Gift Guide season is so fun but also a bit….overwhelming?! These are thoughtful picks from brands I love. I’m keeping my gift guide content fairly simple this year and will mostly be sharing stuff I’m buying friends and family (ok…& maybe myself)

My all time favorite hostess gift is a handmade bouquet with a fancy vase- equal parts pretty and useful (get the flowers yourself from a bodega or Trader Joe’s & buy a beautiful vase they’ll use for years to come). If you’re going over to the house of a friend who loves to cook, then fancy olive oil + vinegar is always a win (also lovely if you add in a fresh loaf of sourdough from your favorite bakery). I tend to avoid clothing related gifts, mostly because I think sizing/exchange frustration isn’t worth it. Jewelry and beauty products can feel personal and luxurious. I love to gift my faves like this face oil and body cream. Candleholders are always fun, especially paired with girly tapers like these. And for your Bottega loving bestie - a mini book for their bedside. In terms of jewelry- Maybe if you’re expecting a big, big ticket item, you and your S/O have discussed this or you’ve bought it for yourself (you go, girl!), but if you want a little something extra these new Dorsey pendants (starting at $130!) are worth considering. I’d love to wear my husbands and daughters (and baby #2’s) birthstones next to mine on one of their Rivière necklaces. Would also be chic on a black cord when you feel like keeping it simple. And who doesn’t love a fresh pair of slippers or a chic gift set?! Those are always a crowdpleaser.
