(I own all of these things except the leather jacket- mine is vintage and this one is similar and the Loewe bag which I saw a few weeks ago IRL and decided was the perfect crossbody bag because it can actually hold a lot of stuff and isn’t overdone. The Prada shoes I have now purchased twice - once on TRR.. and I think they’re incredibly high quality and heavy duty plus they give me two extra inches of height. I sold my less expensive bomber jackets and purchased this JW Anderson one - zero regrets.

My belly is growing and my wardrobe is shrinking. I’ve built a capsule wardrobe of sorts throughout my pregnancy and there has been a LOT of trial and error.

I’ve bought and returned the sweater everyone else seems to rave about (stiff fabric and didn’t like the fit), found barrel leg sweatpants in surprising places, and splurged on a high quality black tee that simply cannot be ‘duped’. I have even pared down my skincare routine as I consider what will make it into my hospital bag.

So, these are my basics that go beyond. The ones I’d buy again (and have, on occasion!), text my best friends about and most importantly want to share with you, in case you’re looking for a refresh or wanting to make other items in your wardrobe more wearable.
