Bag charms! all over the runway and also very easy to find secondhand, like this Hermes one, or under $25 one here.
This mask. I briefly mentioned it in last week’s letter & depending on how many other newsletters you subscribe to, you’ve probably already heard about it but !!! just giving my two cents (again) that it is amazing - even if you don’t keep it on overnight.
AirPod covers- random but if you already invested in a pair, you might as well keep them extra safe. I love these silicone ones that come in a bunch of colors.
Leopard pants - These are very $$$, but I wear them roughly 3x/week. I’m realizing more and more that it’s actually crazy to only invest in occasion wear and not your everyday pieces. If anything, shouldn’t it be the reverse? But anyway, these are a splurge and I found some significantly less expensive options here and here.
goop beauty- 25% off today (ends at midnight) with code GLOWY. I’m restocking on my favorite body oil, face oil and trying this product that is supposed to help gently exfoliate. The lip balm trio makes a nice addition to a birthday gift, I gave some to my mother-in-law for Christmas.
Still Here jeans- Ugh, they're great! you know when you read about something a million times and you’re like there’s no way x product could really be that amazing? That’s kind of how I felt about these. I love their subway jeans (true to size, by the way) and thought they couldn’t be topped but the everyday jean really is great, and I kinda do want to wear them everyday.
Nice jewelry that looks more expensive than it is- I loved wearing my Kate necklace on my trip to Hawaii and have been browsing the Dorsey site plotting my next move- this emerald piece is everything!
Taking care of your hair- still loving this mask for extra moisture, and am finally seeing a difference from the viral vitamins advertised on every podcast you’ve ever listened to. (I’m in the in-between phase where my hair isn’t short or long and I hate it, but will document soon)
Admitting defeat- This week I got rid of a handful of items I swore I’d wear again and didn’t. I’m taking it as a learning lesson on trends and brands I’ve outgrown and moving on, which feels way better than closet space being taken up by stuff I don’t wear.
Styling for spring/summer- I bought a white dress from the Tibi sale and it got me SO excited for warmer, sunnier weather! Pull out your sundresses on the next rainy day and create some fun looks- I promise it’ll boost your mood.
Fancy hair oil- Have tried them all, this one really is worth the $$
Tip-toeing into a trend- Personally, I never thought bows were for me. BUT, then I saw this Simone Rocha tank that I will use as a feminine touch to counter balance my more tomboy-ish outfits.
Year round hearts! - I know Valentine’s Day is over, but my sister bought me this necklace and it’s so fun. Let’s make more of a habit of buying heart-shaped things for everyone, not just our significant others!
I don’t own these yet, but my birthday is soon-ish (hint, hint, @ my sister & husband) and I am 100% certain they are worth the hype. Look at that beautiful green color!
socks from last week’s newsletter that so many of you loved! mine arrived today and I can’t wait to wear them with loafers.
Keeping your closet organized! For those of us who don’t have those wonderful built in belt hangers in their closets, I love this acrylic organizer!
These under $25 tanning drops remain the most popular product I’ve ever linked in this newsletter and I like to think they help me look slightly less like Casper the Ghost.
Anything by Interior- don’t be mad, I know it’s not cheap but I really do LOVE every single piece (3) I’ve purchased from this brand. I wore this silver knit dress in Hawaii and just bought this shirtdress that I can’t wait to wear.
this top- I’ve worn it countless times! (see- the first ever Bad Influence newsletter) it’s well constructed (especially important for a top like this) and the perfect shade of red.
just to recap all of the above, I guess I’m really into putting charms on bags, staying moisturized from head to toe, wearing cool pants, girly touches like tank tops with bows, heart shaped pendants, looking tan and feeling organized? Honestly….this is girlhood at age 30!
belt organizer in action!
not a high quality photo, but how cute is Gigi taking a nap?
the wash! the fit! the perfect rise! really love these.
interior sweater dress.
BTW…..
Net-A-Porter’s sale is an extra 25% off, including one of the best things in my closet aka the classic Acne leather jacket. Personally, I’m eyeing this silk Dries trench as a layering piece for Spring/Summer.
Got this kit for Christmas and finally tried everything. A great way to sample Dr. Sturm products if you’re curious. I especially loved the hyaluronic serum and face cream.
Haven’t delved into too much fashion week content yet, but I loved the very cool and funky JW Anderson show.
I invested in a few pairs of ballet flats last season and haven’t utilized them as much as I’d hoped- if you’re in the same boat this WhoWhatWear article has some great styling inspo!
A fun under $100 sale find that is totally giving early 2000’s going out top in the best way (at least to me).
Just ordered this book, which is supposed to be hilarious, but if you have any good book recs please send them my way! Trying (& so far failing) at less screen time before bed this year.
On a bit of a home kick, or still “nesting” 16 months later, but this quirky lamp is just the right amount of weird to me.
shameless plug but challenging myself to be more active on IG with sharing links/outfits/ideas, etc. Follow me here.
Okay, talk soon! as always please subscribe if you haven’t already, share with a fashion loving friend, or tap the heart icon if you liked this letter.

I need to tattoo this on my body...or maybe just write it on my credit card? "I’m realizing more and more that it’s actually crazy to only invest in occasion wear and not your everyday pieces. If anything, shouldn’t it be the reverse?"

Love this! It's all about learning and getting better over time 💪🏼
