Perhaps it’s because I’m at the beach or maybe I’ve been inspired by the perfect clear skies cascading over Central Park during my trip to NY last week, but either way I’m craving blue. Some might argue red is the color of the summer, and I wouldn’t totally disagree! It would appear every brand has some iteration of a red pant (not that I’m complaining since I’ve been on the hunt for quite awhile!), and sage green seems to be quite popular, too (see:this Carven pouch).
It would appear this color craving is not just limited to my moodboard, but my cart(s) as well! This Lisa Yang knit is dreamy and perfect with white jeans for a chilly summer evening. ICYMI, Mara Hoffman is shutting down- say goodbye with this royal blue poplin skirt (complete with pockets). Away and La Ligne collaborated on a travel collection and I’m loving their striped packing cubes. Their cosmetics bag is my ride or die, I love the brush slots. A slightly frilly swim set because why not? And yes, as discussed last week, I bought The Row flip-flops in blue. Love them. If you want to be smarter with your money than that (respectfully, to me, it doesn’t take much) I love the marine blue of this pair. This Prada tessuto nylon crossbody is a fun secondhand find in a gorgeous turquoise color. This cord necklace would make a nice pairing with a white sundress. And if you’ll be running around with toddlers at the pool and don’t want to mess with an actual cover-up, a big band tee always works. Other items pictured above include another Lisa Yang knit, the dreamy denim Andiamo, earrings that look way more expensive than they are, Alaïa flats, blue nail polish, and a NY Times hat for fellow Sunday Styles fans.
Happy Father’s Day to any Dads who read this (I would suspect just mine!). I’ll be enjoying this beautiful sunset view.
XO, Liz
I’ve been noticing how much I’m gravitating towards Klein blues & navy shades recently so this really speaks to my summer vibes
Love navy! And yet again we are aligned in the BV denim Andiamo. Our taste (and algorithm) in sync.
